These images were taken with a Nikon Z 7II and Z 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. I used (mostly) f/18 as the images were close to the lens and I wanted some depth of field. I used ISO 800 to allow a higher shutter speed as there was a breeze present. At all times I used + exposure compensation to keep the histogram to the right to minimize noise. The Z combination above works quite well. Also, given the higher shutter speed, Vibration Reduction was turned off on the camera body. Center weighted exposure metering was used, focus used single point, wide area. The camera and lens were not challenged at all when using f/18 and ISO 800.
